5 Years on Patreon, and a Free Tree Tutorial to Celebrate!

My Patreon turned 5 today!
To celebrate, I'm sharing a free video! Because that's what this milestone is about: sharing.

The video came out of a conversation happening in our Discord, where members post their work, ask questions, and share the ups and downs of drawing life with fellow art lovers from all over the world.

One topic that kept popping up: greens. Foliage, leaves, trees... How do you actually capture them without being too careful or going too far and overwork the page?

In the video I tackle a street scene, one tree, then another, starting with fountain pen and waterproof ink, then layering in watercolor. I walk you through my thinking as I go.
